We strongly suggest making a reservation in advance to guarantee a seat. Walk-ons are also welcome.

All cruises sail rain or shine. Only in the event of severe weather conditions, the cruise will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.

Life jackets are stored onboard for emergency use only and are not required to be worn on a USCG certified vessel. A safety orientation will be presented before leaving the dock.

There are 2 modern clean bathrooms available on board.

Lobsters and all other marine life are released back to the sea. There are many restaurants nearby that serve seafood along with a local fish market that can ship your lobsters back home.

Due to space limitations strollers should be left on the dock next to the ticket booth.

It is usually cooler on the water than on land. Dressing in layers and wearing comfortable shoes is recommended.

There are a few steps and a ramp to get onboard. The boat is capable of accommodating a standard, non-motorized, wheelchair 30″ width. Please call in advance if you are coming with a wheelchair so that the crew can be prepared to assist you on the day of the cruise.

All cruises sail within the protected calm waters of Plymouth Harbor and Plymouth Bay. Experiencing seasickness is quite rare on our cruises.

Online ticket sales and gift certificates are NON-refundable and NON-transferable (to a different date or time). All sales are final. Cruises sail rain or shine. Please keep in mind that you are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the cruise departure time. If you miss the boat your tickets can not be refunded and can not be transferred to another date and time.
Plymouth Cruises has the right to cancel any cruise, at any time, due to unforeseen conditions. If Plymouth Cruises cancels the cruise, for any reason, a full refund will be processed.

Pictures/Videos taken by our crew during a Cruise may be used for social media or our website.

- Alcohol: No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought on board any of the cruises, due to Massachusetts State Laws and Licensing Regulations.
- Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed on board. The boat is USCG certified and documented under Federal Law as a drug-free vessel.
